Vindaan is a privately owned organization working in the area of business and management consulting. Services are concentrated primarily in the Vindaan for business transformation and growth. It also provides training and development in various formats i.e classroom training, outbound training, audio visual training and adventure based learning where knowledge is imparted in an innovative and effective way with complete involvement of the stakeholders. Event management is another domain in which the company operates. Vindaan associates with clients to find solutions for their business problems or to help them grow and expand their businesses.
Vindaan means ‘skills’. It is the skills we utilize that help us find solutions for clients’ problems.

The Logo
Its main shape is a triangle which is a closed shaped that is possible with minimum number of sides.This denotes that we would like to deliver the solution with minimum required resources(including time).
Inside Y is encompassed by V which signifies that we support you and are always there for you.
Also the colour of Y is a single dark colour and that of V are dual bright colours denoting that we will lead you towards light and help you discover multiple options for growth and development.

The three functions are represented as the sides of a triangle. Vindaan gives equal importance to all the functions as they are all interdependent and equally important for the business to succeed and give the best experience to the clients.

Development: Business development and product development are two key facets of the development function. Vindaan is dedicated towards developing innovative solutions that are designed in accordance with the changing needs.
Support: The support function comprises of HR, Admin., Customer relations, Operations and allied activities. The support function works in streamlining and maintaining processes at Vindaan.
